CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
  • Check in time is 12.00am onward.  Depending on bookings from the previous night, we may be able to offer an earlier check-in.
  • Check out time is 10:00am.
BREAKFAST
  • Breakfast is included in the cost of your room (available 8-10am).
  • Breakfast is not included for the day of arrival; however, early arrivals are welcome to have breakfast in our restaurant (chargeable, 15 TL per person).
WIFI
  • FREE WIFI is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
  • An email will be sent to confirm your booking request within 12-24 hours.  Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of sending your request.
  • If your requested room type is not available, we will offer similar alternatives.
  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
PAYMENT
  • All prices are quoted in Euro and include tax (VAT).
  • A deposit payment of 25-50% must be made via PayPal (PayPal account or credit card) or by bank transfer into our bank account within 3 working days of receiving your confirmation.  Instructions will be by email.
  • Additional costs such as drinks and laundry must be settled in cash, in full at the time of checkout.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
  • BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be cancelled without forfeiting the deposit.
  • Changes will be permitted at no charge 7 days or more prior to the original check-in date.
  • Changes made within 7 days of your stated arrival date are generally not permitted between April and October and are at the discretion of the hotel manager.
  • Non-arrivals and early check-outs will not be refunded.

CHILDREN &  ADDITIONAL PERSONS
  • One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding in the room.
  • Additional children and adults are charged on a per person basis, per night (including breakfast).  Amount depends on the room type.
  • We do not generally accept young children in our Budget rooms.   The most suitable rooms for families with children are the STANDARD TRIPLE/QUAD or the FAMILY APARTMENT WITH KITCHEN rooms.
ADDITIONAL REQUESTS
  • All additional or special requests (such as early check-in or late check-out) are subject to availability at the time of check-in and we cannot guarantee the provision of special requests made at the time of booking.
  • Any additional requests should be made prior to your arrival at the hotel, giving reasonable advance notice.
COMMUNAL KITCHENS
  • We do NOT offer a communal kitchen for guests to use. Please do not ask as refusal may offend.
PETS
  • Pets are not allowed.
VEHICLES
  • Street parking is available to hotel guests.
  • All vehicles (cars, motorbikes, bicycles) are parked at the owner’s risk. The hotel will not assume responsibility for theft or damage to customer’s vehicles.
DISABILITIES / WHEELCHAIR ACCESS:
  • Access to some rooms and to the restaurant and terrace require the use of stairs and may not be suitable to those with physical disabilities.
  • If you or any member of your party has a medical problem or disability which may affect your stay, please advise the hotel so that we can make provision for the particular needs of the person(s) concerned, or advise you if we are unable to make such provision.
  • If details are not provided to us at the time of booking, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking should it be unable to make appropriate provision for a specific need or needs.
